Pacific Blue Seafood was founded in 1990 by Don Alberto Saracho, son of a local fisherman in Sinaloa, MX. Don Alberto was a fourth-generation fisherman whose passion for fishing and love for the Sea of Cortez led him to establish Pacific Blue Seafood in the neighboring state of Sonora, MX. A state with a vast coastline and access to one of the most pristine oceans in the world.
