Seafood Watch Sustainable Fishery
Our source fishery has been recognized by the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch program since 2017. Combined with our minimal-waste policy — processing byproduct is converted to organic fertilizer and compost for local farms — this supports the sustainability commitments in your own sourcing policies.
